    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using Traffic Dominator ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Traffic Dominator provides automated local SEO traffic optimization services, including but not limited to:

    • Campaign management for local search rankings
    • Traffic generation and analytics
    • Google My Business (GMB) optimization
    • Multi-location management tools
    • API access and integrations

    3. Account Terms

    3.1 Registration

    You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account information updated.

    3.2 Account Security

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

    3.3 Age Requirement

    You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

    4. Payment Terms

    4.1 Free Trial

    New trials require credit card registration through Stripe. Your 14-day trial and 1,000 trial credits start after card registration is completed. Unless you cancel before the exact trial-end date shown at checkout, Stripe automatically charges your selected plan: USD $199 monthly or USD $1,990 annually, recurring until cancelled. Cancel in Settings → Billing before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Billing reminder emails are sent 3, 2 and 1 days before expiry. Existing accounts retain their current trial and subscription arrangements.

    4.2 Billing

    • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
    • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
    • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
    • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

    4.3 Refund Policy

    Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only in cases of service malfunction or billing errors. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

    5. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree not to:

    • Violate any laws or regulations
    • Infringe on intellectual property rights
    • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
    • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
    • Use the Service in a way that violates Google's Terms of Service or Webmaster Guidelines
    • Share your account credentials with others
    • Use the Service for illegal activities or fraud

    6. Service Limitations and Quotas

    Each subscription plan includes specific quotas for traffic generation, campaigns, and API calls. Exceeding these quotas may result in additional charges or temporary service limitations.

    7. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Traffic Dominator and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    8. User Content

    You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

    9. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

    10. Termination

    10.1 By You

    You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

    10.2 By Us

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAFFIC DOMINATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Traffic Dominator from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Traffic Dominator operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    15. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

    18. Entire Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Traffic Dominator regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Traffic Dominator relating to your use of the Service.
