Google User Data
Traffic Dominator offers an optional Google Calendar connection for Live Drive campaigns. This section explains how we access, use, store, share and delete data received from Google APIs when you connect a Google account.
Data We Access
- Account identity: we request the
openidandemailpermissions and use your Google email address to identify the connected account. - Google Calendar permission: we request
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events. Google's permission allows viewing and editing calendar events; our implemented feature uses it to create Live Drive planning events on your primary calendar. We do not retrieve, analyze, or store your unrelated existing calendar events. - OAuth tokens: access and refresh tokens issued by Google so the connection keeps working.
- Created-event records: event identifiers returned by Google, linked-account identifiers, connection status, token expiry, and diagnostic errors. Events contain the campaign's event title, business destination address, description, and scheduled start and end times.
How We Use Google Data
Google user data is used only to provide the Google Calendar feature you enabled: creating scheduled visit events for your Live Drive campaigns and checking that the connection is still valid. Connecting an account is optional. We do not use Google user data for advertising, to build user profiles, or for any purpose unrelated to this feature. We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Storage and Protection
Connection records and OAuth tokens are stored in our Supabase-hosted database and used by server functions to call Google on your behalf. Access is protected by authentication and database access controls, and communications with Google use encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Tokens are not displayed in the account-management interface. This policy does not claim additional application-level encryption of stored tokens.
Sharing
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share or transfer it to third parties, except with your consent, as necessary to operate the feature through our hosting providers, for security purposes, or when required by law. No humans read your Google data unless you explicitly ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or required by law. Event content is sent to Google Calendar and processed through our hosting provider to operate the feature. Created events follow your calendar's sharing and visibility settings, so people who already have access to that calendar may see them. We do not add attendees or send invitations through this feature.
Retention and Deletion
We retain connection records and tokens while the connection is saved in your account, including when it becomes inactive. Removing the connected account in the app's Google Calendar settings deletes that connection record and its stored tokens. You can separately revoke Google's authorization at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access at Google stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete the saved connection record in Traffic Dominator; remove it in the app as well. Deletion of your Traffic Dominator account deletes its linked connection records and tokens. Historical event identifiers in campaign records or diagnostic logs may remain subject to our retention policy. Disconnecting does not delete events already created in Google Calendar; you can delete those directly in Google Calendar. To request account deletion or removal of retained Google-related records, email privacy@trafficdominator.com or use our contact page. Backup copies may persist until their normal expiry.
Limited Use Disclosure
Traffic Dominator's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Right to Erasure: You can request deletion of your personal data
